“ Zambreros is my go-to fast-food place. However, the customer service I experienced today was very poor. The girls serving were generally hopeless and unpleasant (certainly not worth the 15% public holiday surcharge). It's such a shame because the restaurant is otherwise nice (furnishings etc.). ”
“ I have always been extremely happy with Zambrero Mildura in all areas service friendly staff delivery and food of course. I do understand that people need to multi task at times especially when customers seem to make it hard for the staff serving. To be clear when the lady serving had to explain for 10 minutes to a customer why food was the price it was (as shown on receipt), the line was continuing to build and the lady was continuing to be unreasonable about the receipt. The staff were more than empathetic. Next time leave the food and find somewhere you’re happy to pay because the rest of the customers just want to get on with it and eat our food and not make us wait while you get angry at the staff and all in front of your daughter. I hope you are Ok and I also hope the staff are also Ok and anyone else that witnessed that was not triggered also.. Just be nice and enjoy some great food. ”
